Version 1.2

Here is a list of improvements/fixes:

• Global high scores service implemented.   Player scores are now saved to a server.  Top 20 scores are shown to everyone.  Set your name in SETTINGS and try to beat Will, Wright, or Antz!
• Your best and latest score will be saved in your local browser storage.
• A bug where you kill the enemy ship has been fixed.
• New landing and bombing indicators have been implemented.
• Enhanced the Demo AI algorithm to reload bombs before heading to bomb the next factory.  This should make the Demo AI win most of the time.
• Show FPS and Camera help mode have been disabled by default.  You can re-enable them in SETTINGS.
