Desktop versions + High Scores via to GameJolt API

V1.3.1
Added downloadable Windows desktop application image (RoBB3D_V1.3.1_Windows.zip).
Added desktop JAR file for Linux, Mac and Windows (RoBB3D-1.3.1.jar). Needs Java 11+ installed.
High scores are now saved to GameJolt via the GameJolt game API. Old game scores have been reset.
